How often should my yard be cleaned?
Most dog-owning homes should choose a weekly Clean Yard Membership. Families with multiple dogs, large dogs, or kids who play outside may prefer twice-weekly service.
Is Mow-Ready scheduling required?
No. Mow-Ready scheduling is an optional premium feature inside the broader Clean Yard Membership. If you choose it, we aim to schedule cleanup 24 to 48 hours before mow day whenever route availability allows.
Do you remove the waste from my property?
We can remove it from the property or place it in your outdoor trash bin, depending on your preference and local disposal requirements.
Do you deodorize the yard?
Yes. Odor zone checks and monthly deodorizer treatment are included with Clean Yard Plus and Clean Yard Complete. Odor support can also be quoted for weekly customers when needed.
Can you fix dog urine spots?
We offer urine spot recovery treatment to help reduce odor and support lawn recovery. Severe urine burn spots may require lawn repair or patching.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have safe yard access and dogs are secured, you do not need to be home.
What if my gate is locked?
If the gate is locked or access is blocked, we may need to reschedule and a missed-access fee may apply. We recommend saving gate instructions in your customer profile.
Are there contracts?
No long-term contracts. Membership service is billed monthly with autopay convenience and continues until canceled according to the service terms.
