Tell us within 24 hours if we missed visible waste that was present during your visit. We’ll return to correct it at no charge within two business days, when weather and access allow. If we cannot correct it within that window, we’ll refund the affected visit’s service value. Newly deposited waste is not covered.
If DWM cannot complete or make up a scheduled visit within that service week, we credit the undelivered visit without requiring you to ask.

How does weekly billing work?
Memberships are billed weekly: Clean Yard $27, Clean Yard Plus $40, and Family Ready $55, plus applicable tax. These prices cover the week’s included service, not each pickup. Additional-dog charges remain billed per calendar month.
What yard size and dog count are included?
Every base membership includes up to TWO dogs and up to 2,500 square feet of accessible serviced yard. Serviced yard means the actual agreed cleanup area—not the property’s total lot size. Third and fourth dogs add $20 per dog per month on Clean Yard and Clean Yard Plus, or $25 on Family Ready. Five or more dogs, larger serviced areas, or unusually difficult conditions require a custom quote.
Is initial cleanup included?
Initial accumulated-waste cleanup is quoted separately when needed and approved before work begins.
How often is deodorizing included?
Clean Yard Plus includes ONE pickup and ONE deodorizing treatment every week. Family Ready includes TWO pickups and ONE deodorizing treatment every week. A weekly deodorizing treatment to help control pet odors in the agreed eligible serviced area. Treatment requests are inquiries. DWM must confirm product suitability, eligible coverage, and application procedures before confirming any treatment service.
Can I request occasional deodorizing?
Yes. Request a $25 one-time treatment during an already scheduled pickup, plus applicable tax. It is never automatically repeated. Clean Yard Plus and Family Ready already include one weekly treatment without an extra $25 charge. Separate trips require a custom quote. Additional applications require product-suitability confirmation.
Can I choose any service day?
Service days depend on neighborhood route availability. Twice-weekly service uses available neighborhood day pairs. There is no unrestricted choice of service day or guaranteed arrival time.
Do you haul the dog waste away?
Bagged waste is placed in the customer’s designated outdoor trash bin. Off-site waste hauling is not included.
What if DWM misses a visit?
If DWM cannot complete or make up a scheduled visit within that service week, we credit the undelivered visit without requiring you to ask.
What happens if my gate is locked?
Customers must provide safe access and secure dogs before service. Customer-caused access problems are handled separately from DWM-caused missed visits under the agreed service terms. Contact DWM to resolve access before your next visit.
What is the missed-waste guarantee?

How is the affected visit valued?
The weekly service fee divided by that week’s scheduled pickups. Any monthly additional-dog charge is divided by that month’s scheduled pickups.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as DWM has safe yard access and dogs are secured, you do not need to be home.
